LEGAL AGREEMENT
This Terms and Conditions of Use (“Agreement”) is a legally binding agreement between “us” or “we” and the entity or person (“you”, “your”, or “user”) that registered an account to receive cheat detection services (“Services”).
Ocean reserves the right to make modifications to this Agreement at any time. Unless otherwise specified, any modifications to this Agreement will take effect the day they are posted to this page.
By accessing or utilizing our Services, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, we kindly ask that you refrain from using our Services.
The Ocean Monthly/Yearly/Lifetime License and the Ocean Enterprise License, collectively known as “The Licenses,” are classified as Products under these Terms and Conditions. Although these Products are integrated into the Services we provide, each requires a License for use.
A Licence can be categorized into two types: a Personal Licence or an Enterprise Licence, as detailed below:
A Personal Licence is granted to an individual upon payment to their Ocean Account for personal use, in accordance with the terms outlined in these Terms and Conditions.
An Enterprise Licence is granted upon payment to an Ocean Account and is intended for use in accordance with the terms specified in these Terms and Conditions, as well as the specific Enterprise terms described in Section 18 of this document.
Licenses for both personal and enterprise use are available for purchase through our dedicated store at /pricing, currently managed by Lemon Squeezy as outlined in these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not understand any of the terms of this Agreement, please contact us before using the Services.

Users under 13 years old are strictly prohibited from using the Service. We reserve the right to verify the age and consent of our users at any time. If we discover that an account is held by someone under 13, or by someone 13-17 without verified parental consent, we will immediately terminate the account without prior notice.

5 — WARRANTY
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Ocean does not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure. You agree to use the Service at your own risk.
6 — CHANGES
Ocean reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically for any changes.
7 — PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
All violations of these Terms result in permanent account suspension. This includes but is not limited to:
You will need to prove that your scan was done in good faith and was for a screenshare purpose, otherwise you will remain banned.
Users are strictly prohibited from assisting, collaborating, facilitating, enabling, or attempting—directly or indirectly—the development, maintenance, distribution, promotion, support, operation, or use of any cheats, bypasses, evasion tools, or methods intended to circumvent, degrade, impair, or interfere with the integrity, detection, verification, or enforcement systems of Ocean Anticheat (“Ocean”) or with the integrity of games monitored or supported by Ocean.
2.2.1 — Definitions & Scope
Cheat / Bypass / Evasion Tool: Any software, script, driver (including manual-mapped drivers), hardware aid, configuration, service, or method designed or used to obtain unfair advantage, conceal prohibited behavior, tamper with telemetry, or evade integrity/detection controls.
Assist (directly or indirectly): Includes (without limitation) designing, coding, debugging, documenting, testing, hosting, selling, renting, reselling, promoting, supporting, providing infrastructure, distributing indicators/signatures, sharing datasets or telemetry, offering technical advice, or otherwise enabling cheats or bypasses.
Games Covered: All titles, mods, platforms, competitive ladders, tournaments, and leagues that Ocean currently supports or is reasonably capable of monitoring, as well as any activity that targets, probes, or attempts to weaken Ocean’s systems regardless of game title.
2.2.2 — Prohibited Conduct (Non-Exhaustive)
2.2.3 — Narrow Research Exception (Pre-Approval Required)
A limited exception applies to good-faith security research only where Ocean has granted prior written authorization (pre-approval), subject to a signed agreement defining scope, timelines, data handling, disclosure process, and reporting obligations. Absent such pre-approval, any activity described in Section 2.2.2 is prohibited. Authorization may be revoked at any time.
2.2.4 — Enforcement & Consequences
2.2.5 — Cooperation & Monitoring
Users must cooperate with reasonable verification steps (e.g., account ownership checks, environment reviews) consistent with our Privacy Policy.
Ocean may implement telemetry, integrity checks, and anti-tamper safeguards as described in our documentation and Privacy Policy.
2.2.6 — Survival, Conflicts & Updates
This Section survives termination or expiration of your license or access.
In case of conflict, the stricter term between this Section and any league/tournament rules or anti-cheat policies applies.
Ocean may update this Section to address emerging evasion methods; continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
2.2.7 — Survival, Conflicts & Updates
To report suspected violations, contact us at contact@anticheat.ac or via the official support channel. Include timestamps, IDs, logs, and relevant artifacts.
7.4 — APPEALS
1. Users may submit one (1) appeal within 21 days of the suspension or ban date.
Appeals submitted after this period are automatically denied, as all related data — including logs, screenshots, and evidence files — are permanently deleted following Ocean Anticheat’s data retention policy.
2. Appeals must include:
3. Appeal decisions are:
4. Scope
Appeals are not available for (i) fraud/chargeback violations; or (ii) any enforcement action that a published Ocean policy designates as no-appeal. Submitting an appeal does not guarantee review, reconsideration, or reversal, and Ocean may deny any appeal in its sole discretion. Permanent bans remain the default unless the enforcement notice expressly specifies a time-limited suspension.
5. Rejected appeals result in:
6. Reinstatement:
Account reinstatement (“unban”) may occur only at Ocean’s sole discretion, irrespective of any prior denial of an appeal. Nothing in this Appeals Process creates a right to reinstatement.
Note: Ocean maintains a zero-tolerance policy for violations. Once an appeal is rejected, the decision is final and irreversible.
8 — DATA
Data Collection: Ocean collects and processes the following data during scans:
9 — SELF-SCANNING
a. Ocean explicitly allows selfscanning to test the tool if you are a new user and have no previous experience using the services, however, this is allowed as long as:
The final decision as to whether these points were breached and the subsequent sanction is reserved for Ocean Staff decision.
b. Self-scanning refers to when a person performs scans on themselves or sends a PIN to a third-party for to self-scan itself.
c. We deserve the right to revoke your license if you break this rule.
d. We may request proof of good-faith context (IDs, timestamps, staff role, screenshots).
10 — TERMINATION
We may, in our sole discretion, suspend or terminate your access to the Website and its Products at any time, with or without notice.
If we terminate or suspend your account for any reason, you are prohibited from registering and creating a new account under your name, a false or borrowed name, or the name of a third party.
11 — CHARGEBACKS
If a customer initiates a chargeback or payment reversal against Ocean, the following policies apply:
This must be reported to Ocean support within 7 days of the charge for investigation before initiating a chargeback.
It's important to note that approved refunds or cancellations do not fall under the category of chargebacks or reversals. We make a clear distinction between legitimate refunds and disputed payments that do not adhere to our established refund procedures.
We encourage customers to reach out to our support team directly to resolve any payment-related issues before considering a chargeback or reversal with their payment provider. Our aim is to address and resolve genuine concerns in alignment with our Terms.
12 — TRADEMARKS
The name “Ocean,” the Ocean logo, and all associated names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Ocean or its affiliates and licensors. Unauthorized use of these marks is not permitted without prior written consent from Ocean. Other names, brands, and marks mentioned are included solely for identification purposes and are the trademarks of their respective owners.
13 — COPYRIGHT
Ocean respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the Services to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and applicable U.S. law, Ocean operates a “Notice and Takedown” procedure for allegations of copyright infringement occurring on its platform.
If you are a copyright owner or are authorized to act on their behalf, and you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied and is accessible on our Service in a manner that constitutes copyright infringement, you can report the infringing material using the following procedure. Please submit a written notice to Ocean that includes the following information:
Once we receive a valid notice, Ocean will promptly take action to remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content. We will also make reasonable efforts to notify the user who posted the material, allowing them the opportunity to respond with a counter-notification.
To submit your Notice and Takedown request, please contact us at: Email: contact@anticheat.ac
14 — CONFLICTS
In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between these Terms and any other terms, policies, or guidelines related to the Services, these Terms shall take precedence. Ocean reserves the right to resolve any conflicting terms at its sole discretion, and the adjusted version will be binding on all parties involved.
Suppose specific terms relating to any product, service, feature, or tool provided by Ocean explicitly override or modify these general Terms. In that case, those specific terms will take precedence concerning your use of that particular product, service, feature, or tool where inconsistencies arise.
If a user has a valid and existing “Independent Contractor Services Agreement” with Ocean, the terms and conditions outlined in that agreement will take priority over these Terms in the event of any direct conflict.
15 — LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, punitive, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Ocean Product, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
16 — RESPONSIBILITIES
You agree to use the Ocean Product in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including login credentials, and for all activities that occur under your account.
17 — IP LICENSE
All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, and patents, related to the Ocean Product and its content are owned by the Company or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Ocean Product solely for your own personal or internal business use.
18 — ENTERPRISE
19 — LIFETIME
Products labeled as “Lifetime” grant access to the Services for as long as the specific Product remains commercially available and supported by Ocean (“Product Life”), rather than for the lifetime of the user. License Revocation: Your “Lifetime” license is strictly conditional upon your compliance with this Agreement. In the event that your account is suspended or banned due to a violation of these Terms of Service, your Lifetime license will be immediately and permanently revoked. Ocean acknowledges that “Lifetime” refers to the lifespan of the software; however, we reserve the right to discontinue the Services at any time, at which point the Lifetime license will naturally conclude.
20 — USER CONTENT
Ocean offers specialized tools generally referred to as “Custom Strings” and separated by the following tools:
Also Ocean offers customization referred as “Custom GUI”. This tools are reserved exclusively to Ocean Accounts with a valid license. These tools are designed to elevate the user experience with the service.
The “Custom GUI” allows users to personalize the appearance of the default Ocean tool GUI. Users who wish to replace the default Ocean logo with their own image must ensure they possess the necessary rights to use that image. Using images that infringe on copyright is strictly prohibited and may lead to the termination of the user's Ocean Account.
We provide Ocean Accounts with a non-transferable license to utilize the Ocean logo within the Tool Designer exclusively for customization purposes.
This license is strictly confined to use within the “Custom GUI” and does not extend to any other applications.
It is important to note that any uploaded images containing or suggesting sexual content, sexual violence, or other graphic or illegal acts will result in immediate termination of the Ocean Account.
Should any imagery be deemed violently sexual, feature unwilling or underage individuals, or otherwise be illegal, Ocean will report the user's details to the appropriate authorities in the United States and the jurisdiction corresponding to the IP address associated with the Ocean Account for further action.
Subaccounts under an Enterprise License are not permitted to use the “Custom Strings” or “Custom GUI” independently; they will consistently inherit the strings and theme settings defined by the Enterprise License holder.
21 — ACCOUNT SECURITY
You are responsible for the security of your Ocean account and should keep your login credentials confidential. If you notice any unauthorized use or suspicious activity in your account, please notify Ocean immediately.
Please take appropriate measures to protect your password and refrain from sharing it with anyone. You are responsible for all activities conducted under your account. If there is a security breach, Ocean may require you to change your password.
Please keep in mind that online transmissions may not always be secure. Even with encryption in place, there is a possibility that your information could be intercepted. To safeguard your account, it's essential to protect your details and report any security concerns promptly.
22 — SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, it will still be enforceable to the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion will be considered severed from these Terms. This ruling will not impact the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
The other sections of these Terms will remain in effect and enforceable. Both parties agree that any unenforceable provision will be substituted with one that is valid and enforceable, closely aligning with the original intent of the provision.
23 — WAIVER
The failure of Ocean to enforce any term or condition outlined in these Terms does not imply a waiver of that term or condition, nor does it signify a waiver of any other term or condition. Likewise, any inaction by Ocean regarding a right or provision in these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
A waiver of any right under these Terms will only be valid if it is documented in writing and signed by Ocean. Furthermore, waiving any breach or default will not be interpreted as a waiver of any future breaches or defaults, nor will it modify or negate the rights of the waiving party.

In order to avoid potential confusion or conflict, we request that you do not submit any creative proposals, recommendations or materials (collectively, “Unsolicited Proposals”). We will be free to use any Unsolicited Proposals you submit. This policy is designed to prevent misunderstandings or disputes that may arise if Ocean Services appear to resemble Unsolicited Proposals that we have received.
You may not have any legal rights in the Unsolicited Proposals you wish to submit to us; however, if you do, you grant us the right to use all or part of such Unsolicited Proposals for any reason we deem appropriate and without obligation to compensate you.
Legally speaking, by submitting Unsolicited Proposals, you will grant us a global, perpetual, irrevocable, sublicensable, transferable, assignable, non-exclusive, royalty-free right and license to use, reproduce, distribute, adapt, modify, translate, generate derivative works, perform publicly and display, digitally reproduce, manufacture, commission, market, offer for sale and import the Unsolicited Proposals, including all copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, patents, designs, industrial and intellectual property rights and any other binding rights, in any media now known or hereafter developed, for any purpose whatsoever, commercial or otherwise, including the delivery of such proposals to third parties, without remuneration to you.
